ME.

Photography for me started when I saw how my family and friends loved to relive memories in those pictures I would take as a young kid. In High School I would spend almost every bit of money I could save up on a new lens, a new flash and always ANOTHER ROLL OF FILM! Photography back then meant knowing your equipment, exposure, aperture, focus, composition and more. All this in the hope that you get that one good photo on an expensive roll of film. Over the years the equipment has evolved, as much as I have. With that the basics stay the same, and my love of capturing memories has too. When I post images for others and I hear it puts them back into the moments they lived when it was taken, that is worth 1000 feelings, just like that image is worth a 1000 words.

Beyond this I am truly blessed to be the husband to an amazing wife for over 32 years. I have 3 kids, 2 boys and 1 girl, who are all so very different and amazing. I served in the US Army for 5 years, and loved it. I then made my career as a law enforcement officer for over 30 years and specifically as a detective for the majority of it. But above all this I am a believer in Jesus and love serving my community for Him.
